Production

How long does it take to produce an interactive format?

A standard or dynamic banner can be ready in 2–3 business days once materials are provided. Interactive formats and games require between 5 and 10 business days depending on the mechanic.

We have an in-house creative studio — no third-party dependencies, so deadlines are real and production costs are never added to the campaign.

Do I need to provide the design, or do you build it?

Both options work. If you have creative materials (logo, images, brand guidelines), we handle the full adaptation to the format. If you're starting from scratch, our team develops the full concept.

There's no extra cost either way — the studio is included in the campaign.

Can I see the format before the campaign goes live?

Always. Before activation we deliver an interactive preview exactly as the end user will see it. You can already explore previews of all available formats directly in this guide.

If you need adjustments after reviewing, we make them at no additional cost during the approval process.

Which format do you recommend for a first campaign?

It depends on the objective. For web traffic, start with dynamic formats across the three key dimensions (300×600, 300×250, 320×480): straightforward, effective, and easy to measure.

For brand awareness, an interactive like the Carousel or Selector already outperforms a static banner — without adding creative complexity.

Flexibility

Can I change the creative once the campaign is live?

Yes. With dynamic formats we can update copy, prices or images in real time without pausing the campaign. That's one of the advantages of working with our own technology.

For structural changes to an interactive format the process takes a bit longer, but we always minimise downtime.

Results vary by sector and creative, but as a reference: interactive formats achieve 3 to 8 times more attention time than a standard banner. Well-optimised traffic formats reach CTRs between 0.15% and 0.5% depending on the vertical.

Devices

Do formats perform the same on mobile and desktop?

Most are available across both environments, but each dimension is optimised for a specific context: 320×480 is a mobile interstitial, while 300×600 and 300×250 perform especially well on desktop and tablet.

Combining all three dimensions maximises coverage and gives the optimisation algorithms more room to work.
